Through The Paper Bars

Ignore the lame title. Oh ho ho... This was a fun picture. I think I'm finally getting how to shade clothes. Sortof. Definatly the best I've done on the spots. I've been drawing Basil alot latley, but this one cought my intrest, so I colored it.

My God the lineart was a complete NIGHTMARE. I lost my sketch pencil(a light blue pencil made for skethcing) so I thought a colored pencil would do just as well. FUCKING WRONG. The colored pencil even showed up through the ink. Insanity. I need some new sketch pencils, but the nearest art supply store is 70 miles away, no joke. I live in the middle of no where. </rant>
